Reservation and cancellation policies
Reservations
In order to secure your reservation we must have a credit card number on file. ( Master Card, Visa, Discover )
Our prefered method of contact for reservations and cancellations is by e-mail. Greensborocampgr@bellsouth.net
Please include your full name, mailing address, a cell phone number that you will have while traveling, as well as the size and type of your rig.
The dates that you would like to reserve a site for. As well as the type of card you would like to use to hold your reservation. The card number, expiration date, Name as it is on the card and the cvv number which is a 3 digit number located on the back of your card next to the signature strip.
Please be aware that on holiday weekends as well as all cabin rentals there is a 2 night minimum stay requirement.
All reservations will guarantee a site type. We do not guarantee a specific site.
Cancellations
For cancellations please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to honor your reservation.

Please include the name the reservation was made in and the dates the reservation was for.
If the cancellation notice is given 30 or more days prior to the first night the reservation was made for there will be no charge.
If the cancellation notice is given with less than 30 days notice but more than 7 days notice there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
Cancellation notice given 7 or fewer days but more than 3 days prior to the first night of the reservation will be charged for 1 night.
We will not accept a notice of cancellation with 3 days or less notice and you will be charged the entire amount the reservation was made for.
